Where is your factory located? Can I visit your factory ?
Our factory is located Laiwu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province ,China. We warmly welcome customers to visit us. Before you come here, please advise your schedule, we can arrange attentive service for you.

Which mode of transport would be better?
In general, we advice to make delivery by sea which is cheap and safe. Also we respect your views of other transportation as well.

What's your lead time?
45-60days once signed contract. We will make the delivery as soon as possible with the guaranteed quality.

What’s the MOQ?
If for common jar and lid without printing, available to discuss.

How do you control the quality?
We have full time QC. We supervise and the control the quality of every order. We will check the quality at least 3 times, at the start of the production, when half of the orders are finished, and after all the products are packed. Any unqualified products will be prevented from shipping.

This is my first time to import, how can I trust your company and ensure to get the goods if I order from you?
We have legal business license of import and export from Local government.
We are Made-in-China legitimate certification company, and have been SGS audited.

Can I get the sample?
We provide samples free of charge, but we need the customer to bear the express freight cost.
